Am I cooked? They just sent this back…

    Dear (my name),

We write in reference to your recent correspondence.

In respect of the contents of your correspondence, it is apparent that a large amount of the information contained therein has simply been ‘copied and pasted’ from an external source, which we see on a regular basis.

Large portions of your letter are irrelevant to the claim and therefore nonsensical, and therefore unreasonable.

Please note, we are not an appeal service and the time to appeal has elapsed.

Should you wish to dispute this balance, please seek your own independent legal advice.

Should you wish to avoid any further legal action and incurring cost, please contact our office so an affordable payment plan can be set up.

If you would like to view the full contact history or submit a new query, please log into our Customer Portal by clicking here.

    Yours sincerely,

    BW Legal

Are you joking? Why are you believing what they say? I don't understand why you would take them so seriously.

    Read BW Legal's Trustpilot!

You are simply waiting for a claim form like everyone else and you should read a few threads because you don't seem confident, yet these claims are a cinch!

Nobody is 'cooked'. Read some claim threads, have a laugh about how simple it all is and try to calm down about it.
