What is the date of issue of the claim form? Can you show us the POC please?

Im just looking for the next logical steps to be honest.
1 -
Wait for the claim form and then post the required information , then the steps will come

@Jacylive We need the above information in order to help properly:
Date of Issue of the claim - tells us when you need to respond by and how soon that deadline is.
Particulars of Claim - we need to see if Moorside have made the usual mistake of not properly stating the reason for issue of the charge notice. "Vehicle parked in contravention of the terms on offer" is not good enough, it must give the actual reason, non-payment, overstay, permit holders only, no parking or whatever.
The Newbies thread has all the information you need on how to respond to the claim and file a defence.
Or you can check this guide which shows the full process and links back to this site for the defence detail: https://247advice.uk/Court-ClaimsAlways remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

No of course not. Look at google images to see what a Claim Form looks like.
Then read post 2 of the NEWBIES thread which we won't link.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I wish that they had left it as LBC, Letter Before Claim , with Before being the operative word
Its definitely NOT a Money Claim, so follow the advice given above by coupon mad
