"work with", but don't provide all services customers might expect those words to mean.
Maegi is correct that you can't make deposits (cash or cheque) in a Post Office - you can only use a debit card to make a cash withdrawal or balance enquiry. I.e. what you can generally do at an ATM anywhere.
