That's very pretty.
But as others say - leave a year to see what else might pop up. I have some oxalis that don't show up at all until June. (gluck glee or iron cross available from Lidl most years, about 40 bulbs for £1.99, happy to be in the worst stony soil and never watered)
If the dwarf roses might be an issue maybe go for a climber to trail along the fence? And rosemary can get very large as can lavender unless they are of the miniature type which I find don't do well in our cold damp climate (& I'm on the south coast!). I put in a rosemary which was about 6 inches high when bought and is now 2+ feet high and heading across the drive aiming to attack my husband's car - needs a serious prune.

Are these two items weeds?

The bottom ones are Welsh poppies so will be yellow or orange. They do tend to self seed well. The top I think is a type of hawkbit that is often seen as a weed but is pretty in my opinion

Lovely. Just weed out the weeds and maybe add some favourites.

If in doubt about a 'weed', the Plant.net app is very good for finding out what stuff is. Just upload a photo.

With reference to the rocks. Any ideas on what to do with these? They're quite large and heavy for a bin.

It already looks perfect to me. No need to do anything.

I agree with STC, no need to do anything, just leave them & let the plants scramble over & around them, they also provide hiding spaces for "wildlife" like spiders, maybe ground nesting bees. In time they may even get some lovely moss growing on them.
If you hate the rocks I'm sure an ad on FB market place will soon get them gone, especially if Free

I'd get rid of the random brown rock next to the gatepost, and the leftover block that seems to have just been dumped. Otherwise as a rockery it looks pretty good. Much better than the random cr*p we got that passed for a rockery!
