Octopus temporarily pause new sign up to Intelligent Octopus Flux (IOF) and Flux tariffs

I just went to check it out and it said it is temporarily unavailable. I was going to post a screenshot but, as I have mentioned several times, this platform doesn’t seem to like iPads.
Northern Lincolnshire. 7.8 kWp system, (4.2 kWwest facing panels , 3.6 kWeast facing), Solis inverters installed 2018, 5kW SSE facing system (shaded in afternoon) added in 2025 with Tesla PW3 battery, Mitsubishi SRK35ZS-S and SRK20ZS-S Wall Mounted A2A Heat Pumps, ex Nissan Leaf owner.0 -
Flux and Intelligent Flux are both still showing as temporarily unavailable here.

That’s the annoying thing. They still promote them, my app even tells me to change to IOF, yet you just go round and around.
Its not clear if your a new customer doing you homework to then order a system that these are not available. I get why pricing/rates might be impacted by what’s going on in the Gulf but a system that manages your export for your benefit wouldn’t be. It’s wrong to promote and not make it clearer these tariffs are not available.0 -
Have you tried using a browser ? I know flux is not available now though, but IOF isRemoved I was wrong.

It is listed as there are people still on the tariff, but if you go to the page to sign-up for it you will see this message:
The tariff list is definitive list of tariffs both current and historic but that does not mean they are all open for new customers or for existing customers to transfer to them…

I don't think you can actually sign up from that page. On the dedicated IOF page it still says it's paused, but after you've selected your system type.
