No I have not, I was just going by the title of the form (where I copied and pasted the statement of truth from) I am only putting in a defence, so I guess I could clear the counter claim from the document name to avoid confusion.

I suggest that you name it in regards to the actual content ( don't send them on a wild goose chase )

I meant that you dont highlight & copy all of your defence into your device clipboard, and do not paste it into the body of the email on your device ( Device meaning Ipad, laptop, phone, tablet etc. )

Your relatives defence is contained in the correctly named pdf as an attachment, ( whereas on MCOL he would have copied and pasted the 10 paragraphs defence text into the MCOL defence box. )

I have not started this yet, was caught up with a lot of IRL stuff, but I can just crack on with it now right? like I don't have to wait for anything to be sent via post, I can just do get on with it myself?
