I have not received their witness statement (assuming that's what WS means) yet.

No, don't do that. Waste of money. The signs aren't necessarily the same now anyway.

In their court bundle, the Claimant must show contemporaneous photos of the signs anyway, and you can verbally tear into those if it proceeds to a hearing.

We wouldn't be surprised if they show a different PCN sum, £10 less than the claimed sum in the POC.

Thanks @Coupon-mad will do. Under section 10 of their draft it says "it is neither admitted or denied that any contract term was breached", should I put this even if I do deny it?

Actually. it seems a lot of JackR1's WS relies on having seen the WS of Gladstones. I have not received this as of yet, so do they just do a generic WS and I will be fine to copy what they have said, or should I proceed in a different manner?

Okay, and I assume I want to delete things from their statement that aren't relevant to mine? (Changing of PCN amount from 95 to 85, this line: 7. Taking the above paragraphs 3 to 6 into consideration, I find the Claimant’s accusation in paragraph 25 of their Witness Statement baffling, stating that the Defendant "…does not positively deny that the vehicle was parked at the Site for longer than the clearly advertised maximum stay, and advances no coherent alternative explanation consistent with the contemporaneous photographic and ANPR evidence of the overstay."etc)

I do apologise for all the questions, starting to get rather and stressed and anxious over the whole thing. Thank you for all your help
