I received the directions questionnaire, N180, from Gladstones. I have read the newbies thread but I wanted to make sure.

Is this the one I ignore? Will the one from CNBC be sent via MCOL? Obviously don't want to not reply to something I need to reply to.

Wait for the N180 DQ document to arrive in the post from the CNBC , then download it, fill it in and email it

You can already download it from the government website, no need to wait

The N180 pack has instructions on downloading it, including a QR code, so easy peasy

Definitely do it digitally, no scans, no pictures, no paperwork

Just won in court today against Euro Car Parks, who were represented by Gladstones Solicitors.
