First of all there's no such thing as a "Service Pack" for Windows 10, and even if there was it would have been free and you'd have had it by now through an automatic update.
Second of all, as already alluded to, that printer does work in Windows 10. These days there's no such thing "the right specs" for a printer, it either works or it doesn't.
Thirdly of all looking at your later post, "Microsoft Care Park Services" is a new one on me,such a thing doesn't exist from what I can see. HP Care Plan does exist as a thing but seems to be for longer (and cheaper) than what you've posted.
I think you've been taken for a ride, and I would suggest contacting your bank / card provider to get your dosh back. I believe there is no HP phone support in the UK, its all done online through their portal.

I looked last night for the company and thought it was India but the OP should check how they paid to see if it's a foreign transaction.
I did ask th OP about the Windows Key that is in their post is it their computer or a new key for the new Windows care package.
Also read that scam site it mentioned remote access to a computer, the OP should check what software was added as I think the scammers(if they are) can still have access to his personal financial info on the computer

I think it's clear that they were scammed into purchasing a two year support package from the company masquerading as HP Support. They use "Care Pack" as HP sell Care Packs. Microsoft do not.
Best to open up a dispute case with their credit card provider. It's an obvious scam, so they will likely resolve it.

The problem is the OP paid for a service, it might be a rip off, it might just involve pointing at a web link, but they have provided tech support, the card provider will like stay no.
