I think thats exactly what happened ,unfortunately £130 is more than half my weekly pension .i should have checked,just looked at my phone to trace the hp guy who said he was in london,,first call according to my phone

What is the Windows Key license for in your post?
Is that your computers key or is it a license that you have somehow bought from these people.
Microsoft license is for life and not 2 years.

That company is registered in India.
It looks like you have probably been misled (conned) into buying 2-years of "support" with them- whatever that might mean - but it won't be support from MS or HP.
