Right - that is shocking to read and it's completely untrue - you need to specifically complain about that Mediator to the SCM Service.

She's wrong - and needs urgent retraining. Massive complaint about her misinformation error to a litigant in person. How dare they?

She is describing a 'satisfied' CCJ.

A satisfied CCJ is when people pay one late, AFTER the 30 days has expired.

update: I have received an email from DCB on Friday 4 September with the following attached

• Amended Particulars of Claim;
• Response Pack.

Their process seems a bit different to last time, I get the feeling they’ll be pursuing this?

the last thing i received from the court was an allocation letter, nothing after that.

Not at all. They always discontinue before hearings.

They've done this in response to an Order from the local court judge. In fact the first line of their amended POC should say the date of the order and which judge required it.

Show us the amended POC.

And - urgent - ring the local court to ask for a copy of the missing order because you don't know if it also gives YOU a deadline to respond.
