    does the fact that I’ve gone against DCB previously make a difference? Would it put me at a disadvantage?

    For update sake - I have received a letter from court acknowledging receipt of my defence last week, nothing further.

    No because they have no idea. There is no joined up thinking and they haven't even looked at the case, or you. It's a numbers game and there's no cross referencing.
