Amazon debit card unknown transaction

Yes. If you google Visa Account Updater you will see what I mean. Mastercard have the same system.
This is why people simply saying stop & replace a card is a way of stopping further payments. Is a waste of time.
Is it possible that they have ever bought anything via another Amazon account (friend or family?) & it has been picked up that way?
If they can not find any trace on their Amazon account, then they need to speak to their bank & dispute the payment.

This doesnt make any sense…Amazon doing the delivery requires a full amazon label…
You said earlier it only had a QR code on the label. So how did they deliver it to your address?

Maybe I confused you or myself.
There are qr codes on the Amazon label and also my name address.
No tracking number like you get on Evri or RM.

Said in OP she done a fraud notification through banking app and had the money returned to the bank account.
As for another account no never had one and only uses mine and I have log in details so only I buy stuff.
Still don't understand how this happens as default card is mine and another card is used for subtribe subs monthly and then her card for what she wants.
When I buy stuff it gives options of what payment to use and the old card is not one of the options so who knows.

Tracking number should be next to the QR code on the label. Usually starts UK
UK1234567890 for example.
I really hope this isn't a genuine delivery of say a subscribe and save item which was say on 'once a year' - because if you just charged back on Amazon they don't tend to take kindly to it.

When she noticesthe transaction on 25/01 I think it said Amazon and maybe some letters/numbers.
Checked earlier today and just says Amazon but when click it just says online merchant.

There is a number starting UK on the label. How can I use that to see where the order came from or any other info?
As a once a year s & s it is not as only looked for that type of item early 2026 .

you can give that number to Amazon support and they can then see if its from an order on your account and if so, how it came about.

type 'speak to agent' and follow prompts.

I contacted Amazon and after talking to 4 reps and 1 hour later it turns out that I never placed the order but another account had ordered it to be delivered to my house using her expired debit card.
The rep said data protection meanyhe can't give me details of who placed it.
Asked about how this could happen and was told order was not payed using Amazon payment system and as for the card I was told to call the bank for more info on how this happened in regard to expired card being used and basically Amazon have done nothing wrong.
We did fid transaction is from statement but it was only 7 digits long but needed to be 9 digits so maybe Lloyds don't use all the details to be printed out on a statement.
He also wouldn't tell me who the seller was as DP act prevents him from doing so. He said I could keep the item as I never ordered it so I will keep safe for 6 years incase the seller wants it back.
Thanks for all the help and advice people have given me.
