I think that I probably applied before you did, but not by much. I had a secure message approx 16:20 ish this afternoon, with account details.

I applied yesterday morning. Nothing yet except the two emails. I am now registered and can log on OK

I applied mid afternoon yesterday.
This afternoon I had a phone call as they were having a problem verifying my nominated bank account. As it was I’d applied on my phone and fat fingers put a wrong digit for my bank account. All I had to do was confirm back correct details in my online account which I’d already set up.
Just had a message to say it’s all set up and to check my online messages for all account and paying in details.
Very helpful customer service lady explained that they open each account manually and they’ve been very busy.
so I’m sure those waiting will be sorted with open accounts soon6 -
A note on Earl Shilton : I am a brand new customer and applied yesterday teatime, account details have all been sent to me now and opening deposit completed.
Account is still not showing on the menu (which is a little wonky tbh) but I'm sure things will be done in time.
Application very smooth too so its all good.
