With Monmouthshire, in my experience online banking updates itself once a day or working day, whereas the app seems to update in real time, so new accounts, balance changes etc reflect immediately in the app, but take longer in online banking.

It's just a quirk of their systems, it'll sort itself out soon enough so I'd just give them a few days.

Monmouthshire Withdrawals

I used the app last week - it asked me to set up nominated account - I put in same details as originally set up and was able to withdraw immediately

After three attempts on the App it's hopefully been initiated. No email or notification or balance reduction so far though. I've hopefully beaten the 14::00hrs threshold so I'll check later 👍

The newly opened RS8 isn't evident in the App yet either - but the on screen details at the end of the opening process did highlight this would be the case.

Mon BS issue 8.

Thanks for all the comments. Mine matured today but I wouldn't have known it as I checked on the website not the app. After reading here I decided to go ahead and open a new issue 8 and had to use the app. The new account opened immediately so I thought I would transfer from the old, matured issue 8 and assumed it would be immediate but nothing happened at all. There is no pending transaction either so I don't know if I've done something wrong or if internal transfers using the app don't actually happen right away?

Within an hour or so in my experience, not immediate. Perhaps longer in this case as today is not a working day.

Monmouthshire

I long ago lost use of the Monmouthshire website and can only use the app now, despite this so far no issues. My reg saver 8 does not mature until the 28th July - I must have been slow off the mark last year - not something I would do now as speed seems to be of the essence with recent accounts. The maturing proceeds I am going to put into Cahoots until something comes along or there is a lean month.

Darlington

I've got regular esavers maturing on the 17th of August - is it too soon to speculate what they might mature into. On the website there is just the dismal 4.75% normal regular saver at the moment. Does Darlington mature into an easy saver or do they send our emails or snail mail letters regarding maturity options - this is my 1st year with Darlington so I dont know the procedure that Darlington use.

As a side note Scottish BS app now handles savings accounts etc previously it only did mortgage stuff
