Same. My deposit on the 3rd is now showing online and backdated. No email confirming account opened.

Don't forget that it stated somewhere during the application process that once the account was opened a letter confirming further details would come in the post, and that the reference they give out is simply for the initial deposit.

Teachers: Won't need to wait for the post, 'Final' account number is shown online when the initial deposit is credited.

have been using user ID and verification code received in the “second” email and the password set during the initial application. Am also receiving the codes from the 2FA

I had this issue last Friday, but it wasn’t first time logging in. I went for changing password and it still didn’t work. Logged in this morning using new password without any problems.

In my experience when RS disappears from view the system allows to apply for a new one. It usually takes a day or more for the new one to open, but last year all was done on the same day.

Useful reminder, I'd forgotten this quirk, just applied for a new one… let's see how soon after maturity (tomorrow) they open a new one…

I want to open the Mansfield regular saver. However, I am put off by the fact of having to wait for a cheque in the post to receive funds at maturity. Earlier in this thread a poster mentioned that they hoped it might be possible to transfer internally to another Mansfield account. Is there anyone who knows if this is the case? Or even anyone who can shed any light upon the likelihood of it being the case?

My early closure requests have been actioned today, as requested online on Saturday. Money incl. interest has landed in my current account, and a new RS has already been opened and initial funds sent. As is normal with MMTH, I can't see the new account online yet but it's there in the app.

Teachers RS

Still waiting to see my account online, and my deposit of June 3 to show. May be tomorrow.

Mine took a good 5-6 days (including weekend) to be opened, after the other 7% RS matured.
