I was the driver of the vehicle

I did receive a initial letter back in late 2023

I did try to phone them but their appeal system is online so I failed to appeal

It is a free car park but it does have a maximum stay of four hours with ampr cameras no entrance & exit of the car park

I parked in a disability bay and put the badge out but it slapped off the dashboard as you could not see it on the initial photographic evidence that was sent to me on the original letter somebody had taken award and of some sort took a picture of it in the bay I remember him he was sat in his car when I pulled up didn't realize who he was at that time

I was in and out of that car park within five to six minutes and I did have the right to park in that disability bay
