DCB Legal UKPC claim - blue badge holder - defended
Hi if any one can help me with this not quite sure how to word it on the form it mentions breaking down the costs that they are charging me but don't quite understand it if someone could explain this to me best way to say it I was actually parked in a disabled bay which I am disabled and went into a shop my blue badge must have slipped off the dashboard I was in and out of the car park within five minutes it's ampr clocking you in and out of the car park but an actual bloke that comes around and takes a picture of your vehicle in the bay which is what happened the picture was taken with no blue badge on display I do have the blue badge still that has ran out now but it was valid at the time but it fell off the dash and I was literally part there for a couple of minutes like I said about five minutes in and out of the car park and the blue badge is mine in my name and the car park is actually a free car park but it's a maximum of four hours stay
Be very grateful for people's input

Right at the top of this forum, in announcements, above your thread, 1st place
Post the claim form issue date below

Please do give the issue date on your Claim form.
You need to get back to page 1. So click on the white box that says Parking tickets, fines & parking
There's one near top and bottom of every page.
You'll see seven Announcement threads at the top of page 1 (as shown in image above). Click on the Template defence. Read post 1 and copy/adapt the written defence in post 2.

You follow the 8 steps shownin the Template Defence thread.
We will not link it because you need to see where your links to page one are on this very page.
See my signature below which tells you where your links back to page one are and which bit to click (my signature itself is not a link):
