Your defence draft, preferably in WORD or similar is done at home, on your device, copied and pasted from the template, then adapt it to suit ( ideally use a laptop or tablet or Ipad )

When finished and completed and ready to go, copy and paste it into the MCOL defence box, which means that it should be 122 lines or less , then hit Save, then Submit , that's it done, in one go. ( never 2 goes, only the once. )

but just my own wording go in the 122 lineslines or has the whole defence statement including template wording got to go in there with it this makes a big difference for me to understand because it tells me how much I can say

You wont be saying much in paragraph 3

All the other 9 paragraphs from the template are copied and pasted into the defence box, unchanged, after you add your paragraph 3 into it

You will be using your own words in your own Witness Statement submission in a few months time , to your local civil court, near you

I didn't mean it like that so now it is clear to me from what you've said that that does go in the 122lines now that you've explained that to me I can now explain what I really meant so how many lines spare do I have after the template that's what I was getting at I wasn't sure if it was 122 lines for my words alone or if it was 122 with the template and my words now I understand sorry for the confusion wasn't trying to insult

Clearly your para 3 replaces all my instructions in para 3 in the template, so one concise paragraph will fit OK.

so where I am typing right now to talk to you is this where I'm just going to put down what paragraph three will saysay because I don't see any way of actually copying the template and then right in in that section of the post at this moment in time it sounds like I just post it on here what I'm going to say and then take all the other 9 pieces and add that to it in the defense box only is that correct
