With an issue date of 21/01/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 26/01/26 and before or on 09/02/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 23/02/26

For MCOL you'll need info from your Claim form (N1SDT) - the Claim number and password shown in IMPORTANT note section.

so I've completed the AOS it doesn't mention that I now have 28 days to submit my defense does that happen automatically want you decide to defend your own case

I would have ected a deadline date to show on their for admitting your defense or does that happen once they're processed it ?

The defence deadline is now 33 days after the issue date, because you have just completed the AOS stage at a suitable date , so 4pm on 23rd February

so the defence box is 122 lines is that including the generic template or do you submit that generic template when you get there on the day because I always thought you just did an outline of your defense and then the full defence on the day
