so if the courts issue me a fine without me knowing about it I'm bailiffs chase me for the debt would this not be a CCJ I didn't even know I had the points on my license for two years

Ok so I now know what the CCJ is for back in 2022 it was for stopping at the entrance at East Midlands airport car park entrances for a few seconds to read the board and I got issued a hundred pound fine and am i lightly to win East Midlands airport dispute it's double red lines. It's a no stop zone but you have to stop for the barriers at the car park and I'm about two car length back from the barrier to read the board and I then u turned in the road to drive out and could see the van driver who drives around to catch people out pulling up and letting passengers out none of that was happening

So just looking lookiinat EX160 form and it's asking me to provide what proof I would have had is literally just my word and his video footage camera that sit on the top of his car a bit like Google maps car if he still has that it's funny because I spoke to that bloke at the airport I followed him in his van to say why you watching me he says don't worry you won't be getting a ticket but I got one anyway

I do believe it was around about April time 2022 and I'd paid for parking in may about 7th or 15th or may to drop my partner off to at the airport for a holiday at that time that was the reason of going there before holiday to look at which car park I was meant to be in like I said read the board and got a ticket banging out of order I think

I'm applying for help with the form payments to the courts do I fill in the N244 form and just send it off do I do it with the ex160 first do I pay up front and get my money back or send the form and wait for a reply about payment ? I want this CCJ off my record
