thank you to you all be a big help I've had no help outside of this site although I must admit I am struggling but Im managing it

so complete changes subject slightly here I've been on my experience credit to find out that I have a CCJ against me from 2022 October and if my memory serves me rightly it was for driving on a mobile phone at the time my address got changed so they sent the court summons to the address where I was not living and I remember have bayless chasing me so I went back to court to do it again and showed on the proof that my address was incorrect and I ended up paying the £100 fine and the bayless cancelled but on my experience report it's saying I have a CCJ and I do believe it is from this case what do I do I'm not even sure what court issued it I just have a case number the address that it was sent to on the experience and the advice would be helpful

no I got stopped by the police at the time got caught with phone in hand

I got stopped by the police for a mobile phone in my hand but I never attended the hearing as I didn't know when it was because I had just left the x two days before it so the paperwork went to that address yet I told the police I was of no fixed bowed at the time obviously didn't listen
