I also hadn't received my switch bonus. Went on the chat and they have now credited my account with the £150

So yes, there definitely was a £25 Amazon gift card offer too via the MSE link but I have not heard anything about this. I received my £150 bonus on the 7th April, am guessing they paid it in batches. Am just awaiting the £50 at the end of May & the Amazon gift card, it just says a link to claim it will be emailed within 90 days....
Given I clicked the MSE link & set up account switch on 30th January my 90 days is up on 30th April so its cutting it fine now & I'm not holding my breath....
Also, their app is a nightmare compared to others I have used!
Has anyone else who switched earlier than me received their gift card yet?
Still entering as many comps as poss & using as many coupons/freebies as poss all in a desperate bid to keep the head above water!!0 -

I don't remember there being a £25 Amazon gift card offer during their last switch offer. There was one in between the last switch offer and the previous one to that, that ran in late December.
Did you have to register with Giftcloud for this one?

No, no giftcloud or any other registration, it just went straight to the TSB page & I then applied for the account & did the switch, I take screenshots every step of the way! If I don't get any email link by the 30th I guess I will have to contact MSE to query?!

Normally when banks offer gift cards they do it via marketing agencies such as Giftcloud or VoucherSent. If it's not listed in the offer T&Cs (I just see £150 switch and £50 stay) then it would be a separate offer using one of the marketing agencies, which may or may not be available alongside the switching offer.
The only gift card offer I can remember is the December one I listed earlier. Not saying there wasn't one when the last switch offer was on, I just don't recall one.

It was specifically stated in the MSE post that I screenshot, also mentioned in The Sun Money article (circled in both attachments)
So was definitely offered...

OK, normally MSE links for gift cards offered by banks take you to a marketing agency's website and the marketing agency administers the offer, MSE is just an affiliate. I have never come across MSE offering a gift card themselves in this way and administering the offer themselves.
Have the 90 days passed yet since you opened the account with TSB after clicking on the link?
If so, all I can think of is that you'll have to claim the gift card from MSE, though I do not know how you go about doing this without a set of terms and conditions to refer to. Can you remember if there were there any terms and conditions for this gift card offer?

Just got my £25 gift card from giftcloud for the TSB switch:

Aaah so it does exist! Can I ask plse when did you click the link & switch, has it been 90 days? And did it ask you to enter your details to giftcard? When I clicked the link it just took me straight to TSB so am worrying that I missed something or did something wrong somehow!! TIA

Looking through my emails, I signed up for the switch to TSB on 29th Jan.
I also took an SS of the giftcloud sign up page, I think the link was underneath the T&Cs. There was also a link in the MoneySuperMarket email I received which I assume does the same thing. I can't remember what details I submitted, probably just an email address.
