    As above - do you have a loyalty card which will show the vast amounts they receive from you contributing to profits against an unregulated entity which does not pay anything to Tesco's to scam customers like you and are now taking you to court. Be angry (but reasonably polite)

    The Tesco WhatsApp contact number has proven to be successful recently when complaining about PCNs

    "I did Ring Tesco's customer services some time ago, which never helped."

    We know, and I told you 5 months ago that's not who to complain to if this is a retail park.

    And my reply today tells you who it is who can cancel it (if Tesco actually can't). I'm a bit surprised you haven't done this landowner complaint months ago, or is it a Tesco only site?

    Is it worth still trying to contact Tesco via the whatsApp number?

    Hi All,

    I received a reply from DCB Legal after issiung the LOC template to them. Surprised not! They have rejected it and there postion remains the same. They urge me to contact the Dispute resolution team as a matter of urgency to avoid a claim being issued against me. Is it worth ringing them or not? Is it a waste of time or could they make me an offer to end this nosense.

    Obviously you were expecting that (everyone gets that reply) and you will NEVER be ringing Moorside!

    You don't start talking to them about settlement. I think you have missed that you actually want the Claim Form.
