    Okay sorry. I just thought it was a lost cause, if I no longer had the original PCN. So it may still worth assuming it wasn't POFA compliant within the POPLA appeal and let them do the work. What was PLAN A?

    Ok rang Tescos and no help at all. Advised I need to Email Horizon Parking!
    However Horizon have sent me a copy of the PCN. See Attached. Just need to check if it's POFA complaint.

    What happened when you went in to complain to the store manager?

    Horizon will offer £20 settlement* or you can just ignore them. You won't win at POPLA but that doesn't matter. We tend not to bother.

    Nobody here pays these.

    *If you show a Tesco receipt from that day, then Horizon might cancel the PCN. 
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi,  I rang Tesco's and they were not helpful at all and they just advised me to email Horizon.
    I've checked credit card/bank accoutns and I can't find any evidence that we purhased anything on that date in question from Tescos. So just ignore is the best option?
