    Hi All, this is the 6th call I have had from DCBL saying they have gotten my defence and they want to speak to me about it, i have not obliged just yet. I have not filed any defence yet. At least not until 26th, (28th is the deadline). Anybody had this kind of situation before. My defence is ready though. I will post it hear after.

    just as an update folks. i have filed my defence with no evidence. i sent it to ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk. this ccbc@justice.gov.uk does not work anymore. Also, i picked their DCBL's call and they offered to settle out of court. i refused like you all have always advised. so we wait now. i will provide further updates.

    Why did you email your defence? That risks a CCJ if the CNBC miss your email or don't update the system quickly,

    You have gone off piste from the Template Defence 8 steps. Put it in MCOL.

    If you emailed it to the CNBC, I hope that you added headers and footers to it, especially the Statement of Truth and a dated signature ?
