i have sent an SAR to the cra park coy requesting all information of mine they have on record. i want to see what information they hold for me. I will bring ithere. i might have made a mistake with the car reg but definitley not the location code.

Yep, so in your paragraph 3, admit to driving and deny that allegation, saying you do not understand why the parking charge was issued because full payment was made and there was no overstay, so the Defendant is having to assume the payment method was at fault. As such, the Defendant puts the Claimant to strict proof of all allegations.

UPDATE..

i have gotten all my information from eurocars and it is all correct. they however did not send amy proof of payment suggesting that they did not get the money. i need to n ow put up a defence to argue my case now. i have printed my bank statement for the entire month of this incident to show that i paid and there was no reversal. i have also screen shot the payment itself. the payment shows the location code of the parking. i will go through previous threads to find a defence but if anybody has a link to make it easier, i will appreciate.

I am new to this, so out of interest, how would admitting to driving help in this example? If the notice to keeper was not done correctly would it not still be useful to be able to use that?

• in March 2025 Euro Car Parks used POFA wording
• There is nothing to be gained by hiding that info, because
• DCB Legal Euro Car Parks court claims are always discontinued.
