Good evening all. i recieved a claim letter today from HMcourts and tribunals service. they have said i should pay them £267.60. i guess i need to go to the other page to see the next line of action but if anybody has an idea of what i should do please advise here.

A typical DCBL claim designed to fool you and a judge …

IE: THE PCN IS £170 WHICH INCLUDES DAMAGES

UTTER RUBBISH, they clearly think the judge is stupid and they misleading the court.

They have ignored the famous Supreme Court ruling

So do you think you either made a typo with the car VRM or a typo with location code? What was the PCN for, if not that?
