I planned to visit my favourite bhf shop this afternoon but it rained so decided to postpone until it's dry.

I had a brief money moral dilemma of my own this afternoon - I found this book and ummed and aahed as to whether or not to buy it:
In the end I did, secure in the knowldege that the money was going to a good cause and not a reward for criminality.
@Magpie100 - I used to love Saffron Walden, it was chocolate box pretty and a must-visit cafe stop en-route to Audley End. What puts me off a bit now is the MP (although I am unlikely to cross paths with her) and the amount of new housing which provides roofs over heads I know, but completely detracts from the charm of the place.

@Rosa_Damascena I have never seen the Saffron Walden MP in a charity shop, so they are safe spaces!
I was there on a Friday afternoon (a stupid decision, but it was the only time I had free) and the traffic was horrendous…
