Well done on getting back into bottom end of target range @bubbs.  Thanks for the Swips for the mini pittas - 2.5 isn't too bad but really depends on how "mini" they are!

Well done to you too @longwalker, good to be back in range.  I'm sure you'll soon get into the bottom half!

Welcome @caronc to the thread and for the info about the M&S mini pittas.

Thank you for the welcome, I probably won't post regularly as not following SW/SWIPS but do like to read along.   :) M&S also do packs of assorted mini rolls and packs of mini sub rolls. We've been using the mini subs to make mini burgers using a couple of squished meat balls on the odd Saturday night dinner. They work very well.

Hey @maman, sorry I skipped the gain. Sure it happens , we are after all human and we just have to " face the scales" and decide

Welcome aboard @caronc. You arent the only one who doesnt follow 100% but keeps to the principles. Im another who doesnt buy into frylite or the SW meals . I dont think Ive ever counted a syn either tbs. I just accept that I have to keep to what SW calls free and speed. Im old enough to know that eating half a box of choccies with a bottle of wine every evening isnt wise. I just love the support that SW offer , via the group

    Morning all,

We have the ILs for a late lunch today as didn’t think we’d be ready for them by 1pm and serving at 6pm would see them driving home too late. Settled on 2:30pm which is neither one thing or the other!

As a result I’m going to have a good breakfast and up my fruit consumption this morning to see me through. We still have two fancy cheeses unopened and in date from Christmas, so will offer those with crackers along with dessert.

B - AF bacon, poached egg, toasted protein thin bagel, apple, 2 x satsuma, blueberries - P, HEB, S
L - roast turkey, SW roasties, sprouts, tender stem broccoli - P, free, S
    HEA - milk
    HEA - light Philly
    Syns - 2 x cream crackers - 4

Morning all, it's another very cold day but at least it's not raining although is forecast.  It's quite breezy and that felt cold when I popped out to the bins with the recycling earlier!

Don't think I could last until 2.30pm for lunch @Coxy11 - I'd probably end up having something late morning to tide me over!  About 1pm is as long as I can last but prefer lunch around 12.30.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up with sausages - P; S; F; 1.5
    L - BLT - HEB; P; S; 1.5
    D - SC gammon, potatoes, onions, carrots, green veg - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - half sausage 1.5 (I only managed to eat half of one of the Lidl sausages DH picked up, fortunately he didn't like them either so the rest are going in the bin - I hate waste but not going to eat something neither of us like)
    LF spread 1.5

    Have a good day everyone.
