    Happy belated birthday 🥂

Work set-up sounds a much needed gift to yourself, and if you've got it in savings then all good, it's not like you go on a computer and desk spending spree on a regular basis!

Bah to the pics but hopefully you'll be able to recover them and/or find enough other ones to suffice.

Thank you 😊 The work set up should make life easier! I don't want to spend my savings though 😂

Thank you. I've so far found a lot of the older ones, but it's the newer ones ironically that might be harder to get back.

  • Ah your new desk set up sounds great :) Sometimes it's worth spending a little to get what you need and make your life that little easier (I did the same with the room I work from at the end of last year and I'd do it all over again, best decision).

Sorry to hear about the photos, hopefully you'll be able to retrieve them.

Re weigh in, you might be surprised as it sounds like you've had a busy week, plus walking the dog. Weighing in will make you accountable and can set the tone for the week ahead - good luck :)

Life gets in the way. My mantra has always been Good when I can and careful when I can't. You may surprise yourself and at least get a Maintain rather than a gain.

    Good luck for tomorrow.

Thank you 😊 That's what I feel like too - I'm trying to change habits permanently, so I'm not going to stress about going off plan now and again.
