Great news on the sales.
You're doing great on the weight loss, even if the scales weren't reflecting it, breaking the winter gain habit shows you've shifted mindset which is more important long-term than a few pounds here and there. Don't compare and contrast too much though imo, one year is not the same stresses, weather, obligations, etc etc as another one. As long as you're conscious of trying to make good decisions and move more when you can, then things are going in the right direction 🥂
Why do you think you're not sleeping well at the moment?

only…only…
Well you are 'only' nearly 3 stone lighter overall. Yep, 3 stone…that is a lot and you are doing great.

3 stone is just amazing. I always gain in winter. Loathe winter & tend to do better in summer.

Not only have you shifted a "hefty" amount of weight, you are walking way more than you used to which is fantastically healthy and is instilling healthy habits in the littlies. Well done!
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?1 -
Thank you 😊 It is weird finishing, and bizarre starting a new language when all the familiar characters have completely different voices (as well as the language) 😂. A 2000 day streak is amazing, I'm 569.
I have come a long way from last year, I'm almost 3 stone lighter since starting SW and probably more than that as I'd lost a bit before that. I'm definitely fitter and more comfortable moving around.

Thank you 😊 It's interesting to see how my weight has changed over the years and see where I am in relation to it. It's satisfying not having that winter gain though.
I'm not sure why I'm not sleeping well, just waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to get back to sleep for an hour or two. It's probably everything going on at the moment. Last night was better so hopefully I can get back to better sleeping this week.
Thank you 😊 It feels like a drop in the ocean overall, but I didn't think I'd get this far so I am pleased!
Thank you 😊 This is me too. I can't wait for the brighter, warmer days.
Thank you 😊 That is definitely true, and I feel bad now on the days where I don't walk. It's a real change in mindset, and much nicer to be more comfortable doing it.

Thank you everyone, you've all helped me reflect on how far I've come. It feels like a stall over the winter, but in reality I've not only maintained my weightloss but probably prevented a 1/2-1 stone gain as well.
I've been up for hours, whilst everyone else had a lie in. It was nice to have the peace. We've got to get some shopping today, and I want to finish these listings, but other than that a fairly quiet day planned. It's due to rain all day again.

You’ve done really well to get to the end of your Duolingo course in that space of time, it took me a lot longer although I don’t spend much time on it daily just the bare minimum. I want to keep practicing the Spanish as I do use it on holiday but have considered brushing up my French and German. I attempted Greek but gave up as soon as the alphabet changed, I only wanted to be able to say a few words 😆
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
I probably average an hour a day split between morning and evening. I do less when working and more when not! I'd like to do Russian but the alphabet will be a struggle!
