    Thanks @beanielou, @Brie, @Skint_yet_Again 😊

    I have been adulting:

    Meter readings done!

Checked mortgage balance and updated signature. (No major changes or milestones …) Wish I knew how to calculate the minimum monthly payment - I’m going to have to ring up and ask again to see if it has decreased at all versus our set monthly amount and so increased our default OP …

Moved £50 of £91.05 spare in the joint current account into the joint house EF account. Still only £398 though …

Emptied fausty veg peelings bucket into compost heap and gave it a rinse - the rinsing water went over one set of sweet peas as a super dilute feed.

Pulled some bindweed that was having the temerity to appear around the sweet peas …

The N@tionwide bonus comes to us both, through our joint account, so one part of it will become an OP and the other will pay for an anniversary dinner for us in my favourite restaurant ❤️😊

    As at 21.05.26:
    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £215,607
    - OPs to mortgage = £18,925 Estd. interest saved = £9,670 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 33 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 20th May.
    Produce tracker: £119 of £400 in 2026

I'd have to check the back and sides of the sofa for £2 to round up the EF total 😁
