Very, very humid here now, but that’s the other side of having rain … 😉🤷♀️
Another full on day. Critical customer visit to follow up after an uncontrolled process change by us (I did challenge not telling them at the time but got brushed off by colleagues 🤷♀️) and quality issues. I was talking from my automotive and aerospace experience with the customer and I think the rest of my colleagues were utterly lost … The important thing was though, we have a plan and customer has left feeling reassured.
The other important thing we did today was we called the guy I took home with the health condition a week or so ago and got him to agree to an Occupational Health doctor assessment and were able to tell him that we are leaving him on full pay for another month.
Plumber came in to fix a catastrophically leaking toilet and electrician had to eat apologetic pie after chasing us for overdue payment yesterday, and then discovered that it was his new super clever reconciliation software, hiding payments from him … 😉😂Main focus tomorrow morning is rewriting my todo list as it has exploded, leaving a handover note for my colleague (I’m off on Tuesday next week) and excavating my desk! 🙄😂 Meeting a friend for lunch straight out of work, which hopefully will be lovely ☺️

Productive morning tidying my desk, making a fresh list and priming my engineer to pick up where I left off on some key topics.
Met my friend for lunch - food was okay but flipping expensive! Not that impressed - first time I have been there. Not sure I would go back.
Friend on good form, probably the best I have ever seen her as husband has reached criss point with his health, gone through it and is slooooowly surfacing on the other side. I think she is finally seeing the possibility of her life opening up again 😊❤️
I spent £3 cash on a reduced Lantana which apparently flowers in composite flower heads with colours from a bright yellow through to a rich orangey-pink 😊Pay day today so it is time to pay off the CC and hopefully do some money shuffles.
Bought my train ticket for Londinium for the MSE meet up … £70.90 return. Just slightly terrified but it will do me good to do something out of my comfort zone and try something different <she says firmly to self! 😂>Split me britches! Right up the back of the seam over my rear! 😳 No idea how but one of the girls from the front office came in to speak to me discreetly about it, which was sweet of her 😊🤷♀️
Day 8 of the fascia releasing done 😊 Coming to the conclusion that even monthly physio for my shoulders is not actually helping - had a session on Monday. Still have sore spots / bruising on my arms where he was so-say releasing knots and I am no more functional in my shoulders than I was before. Going to ask my shiatsu / healer friend for her thoughts on the whole thing … 🤷♀️🤔
Quiet weekend planned. There’s a fair bit of rain forecast so I hope to do some jobs around the house and some cooking 😊

I have just caught up …spitfire flight … oh my - I sometimes see those fly over and to be in one looping - how incredible. I'm sure there was other news as well but I sort of got stuck imaging what it must be like
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!2 -

Fair enough 😊 He went with @ero legends if you might consider a retirement present to yourself … 😉
Thank you 🙏 😊
Agreed!
Wet here and very humid - am in trousers and a T-shirt but I am melting. I might end up in a dress later. Mr KK is having at the floors and the cobwebs throughout the house with the vacuum cleaner which meant I have lifted, tidied, sorted all sorts of miscellaneous ‘stuff’ all over the house to allow him to do this 😊
Just waiting on Toscos now …
