Morning,
Reporting a 2lb loss for this week please
I haven’t walked as much as I’d like this week, but for lots of reasons it’s been a tough week. I’ve got a couple of walks with friends planned over the next few days though 👍🏻

1.5lbs gained this week. Hormonal, tired and no energy! And hungry! So snackish this week. Very January - hibernation sounds marvellous.
I have managed a few walks but no yoga. I'm hoping to be more motivated after the weekend.

I don't have a large freezer so rarely bother to freeze soup but I also don't want the same meal for several consecutive days. I can judge quantities pretty well for 2-3 portions.Brambling said:
I find it impossible to make small portions of food especially soup, it's in the genes!katejo said:I made soup yesterday with carrot, cabbage, lentils and pancetta yesterday. Flavoured with garlic too. Only 2 portions though so finished it off tonight.8 -
