A 1 lb loss for me.
According to my BMI (just below the middle of "healthy") I don't need to lose weight but I would just feel happier to think another 4 lb will come off before Easter.6 -

A 1lb loss for me this week please
Happy with that, I've been trying to increase my steps walking at a faster pace, so my legs ache a bit 😂5 -

Away from my digital scales, so logging a STS please. Good results this week y'all :-)
I've had more energy this week hurray! I've managed daily walks, a couple of yoga workouts, and two run/walks. I'm not sure I enjoy yoga. I do it because it definitely improves my flexibility, strength and breathing, but it feels more of a chore than fun. I don't enjoy running either. Needs must though!
I went over calories by a lot one day. Partner's birthday - cake is very calorie heavy :-( I enjoyed the treat, but musn't let those extra calories creep back in too often.
Here's hoping for a good week.5 -
I'm still with it, but things have taken a bit of a turn, I am de-bloating but only been on the scales once.
We had a trip to Leeds a couple of days after we got back from holiday, I started to feel unwell, stomach problems as usual and cold symptoms, (family on plane home sat on other side of the isle said how they had "all been sick as dogs", not a mask on any of them). Kept thinking just my luck, going to get whatever they have had, in Leeds I started to feel a bit off, thought great I've caught it, then started with other symptoms.....
Talked to doctor via health insurance, had an appointment with a Cardiologist the next day, having tests next week, so we will see if that big thing in my chest is made of lead. Consultant said he thinks it's XYZ, and is treatable, nothing I've done to cause it, they did comment on why it's not been picked up on before.
So good news is I can carry on as normal, I'm back swimming next week, as they sort of implied, I would have keeled over by now if it was the worst outcome, I've been trying to keep up with tracking food but have been a bit distracted.
Have a good weekend everyone, I'm going to York and intend to buy my favourite cake from Bettys (once I've got my steps in) and enjoy it.

Sounds like everybody is doing well. Ive got another week before I weigh (Im hoping for at least 5Ibs for the month) and then I'll probably go back to weekly weigh ins.
Having alot of issues with dizziness and vertigo this month so exercise has been abit challenging! Doing my best though.
