Apologies for a long one.
I decided to give slimming world another go, and after an up and down 3 weeks, have lost 5 pounds according to the app and 2.5pounds in group.
It does work out as a 2.5 pound loss all told considering I started at 7.5 pounds according to slimming world.
I'd initially weighed in at 18 stone 7.5 pounds, lost 2, put 4.5 on to take me up to 18 stone 10 last week.
This week I've weighed in at 18 stone 5 pounds, so a slimming world loss of 2.5 pounds and a personal loss of 5 pounds.
It's annoying that it's no more and the higher weight isn't showing up with slimming world, I am annoyed as there was an issue with the scales the week before last.
Plus I've had to weigh in at a different time due to the class being called and class due to the lady covering the group being away and no-one else to cover.
At least it's going in the right direction this week.
Let's hope I can keep it going and do as well, if not better than before when I did well, plus then maintain it.

I've put on 1lb. Mainly due to the weather being too vile to walk most days, and keeping me awake at night.
I had yogurt and fruit for breakfast, and home made soup for lunch so some fruit and veg. Evening meals - I just wanted 'easy' snacky meals this week rather than proper cooking. I've been so hungry so I'm pleased it's not more :-)
Hopefully the weather will get better. I don't like not going outside. I feel like I'm getting cabin fever!
