I forgot to report on progress last week but will count it as a STS.
I'll interrogate the bathroom scales this coming Thursday for an update.

I've been ill all week with tonsillitis. I have been either in bed or sitting wrapped up in front of the fire, and I've been able to eat very little. I've lost 3.5lbs this week. I hope everyone is keeping well.

Glad im sticking with monthly weigh ins for now, last week was terrible! Way too much junk food and not enough exercise, probably put a bunch of weight back on.🙄
Just thoroughly lacking motivation at the moment though. The weather is miserable, perimenopause is kicking my !!!!!! and my elderly dog is nearing the end of the road all of which has made me want to hibernate with a blanket and a big pile of buttery carbs!
oh well, I have the rest of the month to try and rein myself in.

Weighday -3.5lbs please Brambling.
That’s the kickstart part of my plan finished and this week I’ll be reintroducing dark chocolate, wine, cheese and yoghurt. So excited 😂 I’ll also be aiming for 2 barely any impact short movement sessions a day am less excited about those.

STS for me this week. Really hoped for a reduction after 10000 steps on Saturday and the same on Sunday together with a gym session but no.
