I'm still not 100%, and I'm taking the second lot of antibiotics. I've lost a further 1.5lbs due to not being able to eat properly, but hope to feel better soon.

+1lb for me please. I attribute it to lack of exercise due to poor weather rather than anything else.

Unfortunately +2 pounds for me this week.
Edit to add, I'd still been picking on the wrong thing and knew I'd put on.
Unfortunately it's been tough to get back into eating healthy, but at the moment I think my mind is very slowly getting into it.
It's more on my mind that I want to and need to, plus am wanting to eat healthier as well as craving more healthy food opposed to the unhealthy stuff.
That and the price of food now, it's shocking.
A dodgy knee and back should be motivation and are part of the motivation, but not to make excuses, I've had to deal with changing a mindset, plus declutter friendships that were not good, including the very strong encouragement for want of better words to eat out frequently from the 'friends' plus the fallout of decluttering the friendships.
Id like to be back on track so that it not only helps my body, but it will be easier in the summer in the heat, plus eventually buying clothes and I should start to feel better in myself all round again.
It was really nice having the compliments when I lost weight.

I think the flickering bathroom scales allow me to claim a half-pound loss for the week.

I was very disappointed by my gain last week, so have gone for it this week and very pleased to report a 4lb loss!

hi Brambling I’m so sorry I have been absent from the last two weigh ins. I have been very poorly so I haven’t weighed and not stuck to diet. I will face the scales on Wednesday and see what the outcome is. Hopefully it won’t be too bad. Hope everyone is doing well
