well, its +7 Ibs for me for February!😲 (ngl I would of put all my Jan weight back on but I pulled it back with a 3Ib loss this week!).
Spent most of this month feeling crap with a cold and comfort ate my way through the weeks. ah well, hopefully next month will be better. Going back to weekly weigh ins for now I think.

After a week of CBA eating I've put on 2lbs. I've had no energy/motivation to cook or go for a walk in the rain. My batteries feel flat! Is it just me?!
I've been nibbling on biscuits/baguette and houmous or cheese, crisps in the evenings. Lazy and delicious, but I can't keep eating like that and not put on weight. Breakfast and lunches were fairly healthy though.
I had a word with myself yesterday. I bought loads of veg last week which need using up. I made two lots of different soup with vegetables and pulses, plus a huge pot of ratatouille with beans. I also went for a run/walk. Tonight's food will be roasted veg and halloumi.
My aim this week is to get my steps in, do weights workouts, keep to my calorie goal, and eat more fruit and veg. And drink more water!
Hopefully lighter days will bring more energy :-)

Weighday plus +1.5lbs please Brambling.
I treated myself to a new nutrition book as I’ve clearly already lost my mojo this year so think perhaps I’m getting bored. It did state it’s not a weightloss book but most people would loose weight picking out a breakfast, lunch and dinner from the recipe section (around 1350 cal) or following the divided plate portion control method (different to the method I’m doing currently) so I tried both. It’s very old style in that everything is made from scratch like I already do but not at all money saving as the recipes have so many ingredients. I think my current plan is rather expensive grocery wise but this seems next level. I’m enjoying reading it though and can take some ideas and components of recipes and can aim for a similar eating style one I get to maintenance which I think is a couple of years away still! The recipes contain about 10g of fibre each and that’s an area I’m trying to improve in my current diet but am struggling as being under 5ft I have a very low basic metabolic rate and tdee and if I increase fiber containing foods to reach 30g a day it doesn’t leave much room for other nutrients, my gluten intolerance complicates further.
So I’m back on the previous portion control plan this week and will do some reading on fibre. I’ll also track a couple of days food in cr0nometer to see where I’m at with my current preferences and see if I can think of some different meals to change things up a bit.
