Weighday -1.5lbs please Brambling.
I was too lazy to track nutrition so I just stuck to my same plan more or less last week. I’ve worked out it’s mostly my breakfast I’m fed up with so I will start there this week and work out a couple of more satisfying options.

A slightly early result for me this week because I am going away tomorrow. At least it is good news for once Minus 2lbs. It is the first time that I have got right back to 12st for about 3 months. Just hope I can continue.

Just going slow and steady at the moment. A few life things are throwing me off kilter so Im aiming for small goals, as long as it isnt a gain then Im happy!

Hope everyone is well
Back to the scales this week. Finally got tests results back looks like I had a bug, then caught another (thanks to people on planes not wearing a mask and unsupervised children in a pool, leaving it dirty). My system couldn't cope and the stress overloaded me.
From my 4 weeks away, to today, with another change in medication had put me 5lb up, so pleased with that as many put that on in 1 week holiday.
Back to swimming, aiming for 4 hours a week, until I go away again, so I have 6 weeks and would like to lose a pound a week, must add, I've had a bad sugar craving the last couple of weeks, which is not me at all.
Good news is, apparently, we are having a bit of warmer weather this week, hopefully we will benefit from it.
