Morning all.
0.5lb loss for me this week, I was hoping for a bit more, but it wasn’t to be 🤷🏻♀️I would like to lose a stone this quarter, so I’m going to make a big effort over these last few days

Lost .5lb this weigh in. I'm back to jogging and walks with the nice weather, and I've managed a couple of YouTube weights workouts too.
Last weekend was a bit of a cheese and biscuits fest, so I've concentrated on better eating this week. Calories in have been just under calories out overall.
I'm hoping warmer weather, more sensible eating and moving more will help me get rid of those final few lbs!

Gained a pound this week, due to Mothering Sunday (followed by Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 😃) - could've been worse. Have drawn a line under the week, done a meal plan & been shopping 🤞

1 lb loss it’s been a terrible quarter for me I’m blaming the weather let’s hope this is the start of a better year

Really happy with that, I know its down to all the extra walking Ive been doing. My food is pretty consistent (Im hopeless at counting calories but I do keep a food diary religiously) so its the exercise!
Hopefully we can have some more nice weather, makes it much easier to get out and move your body!😀

Hi, +1lb for me this week. I'm happy with that.

Unfortunately plus 1/2 lb this week but that is actually not too bad given the amount eaten while away in the Peak District last week. I had cooked breakfast and 3 course dinners for 4 consecutive days but did also walk 9-11 miles a day with a fair few hills included.
