Weighday -2lbs please Brambling.

Am still finding it quite hard to motivate myself I’m usually ok up until Easter in my head so don’t know what’s going on there. Enjoyed my changes to breakfast on some days this week so will try the new ones every day this week.

Evening, I'm going to step back from doing the weight loss challenge for a bit.

I need to have time to get into eating better, although being here will help, I think I need to step away for a while.

it’s a 1lb gain for me this week Brambling I’m blaming Mother’s Day which was more like Mothers weekend. Knuckle down now for a loss next week hopefully. Hope everyone is doing well.

So a week later and my metric weight converts to the same imperial weight (8st 7lb) as on 1 January and therefore means that I went down by 1lb over the week.

Not sure where another 12 days is going to get me by the quarter's end.
