Hi
Weighday plus +1lb please Brambling.
Stress snacking on fruit and cheese and dark chocolate. 1 glass of wine this week also.
If I can’t get the snacking under control this week I’ll start counting calories again for a bit and make allowance for them. I don’t have a lot of calories to play with being under 5ft and quite sedentary though.

A further 1.5lb loss for me this week. It's been a tough few weeks, but I am finally feeling much better, my appetite has returned, and I am enjoying my food again. I'm focusing on building my resilience and health through gentle exercise, good quality lean meat, fish, dairy, and veggies. Spring is on its way and the evenings are getting lighter. God bless the NHS.

Unfortunately it's +2 pounds please for this week.
I'm hoping to get back on track, eating as well and as healthy as I can. Plus keep the motivation and momentum going, even if things get tough.

The flickering thing was wrong. According to my electronic (battery replaced) scales, I weigh 1.5 lbs more than I did on 1 January - but my BMI is only 21.4 (middle of "healthy" range). So, though the gain hasn't really all been in the last week, in order to show the overall change for the two months to date, my line on the chart becomes:

Morning all,
It’s a STS for me this week
will admit it’s a little disappointing, but I know I just have to keep goingI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pension, Debt Free Wanabee, and Over 50 Money Saving boards. another 1lb on for me I’m ashamed to say I’ve blamed the dark grey miserable weather and I know you have heard it all before but I’m starting again today weather has picked up no excuses not to get out for a walk I’ve planned my meals for the week ahead and no snacks

@Brambling I'm tempting fate and logging another 1 lb down. So that's 2 out of 11 so far this quarter. I've got about 3 weeks for the rest before I'm on holiday which will likely throw everything into disarray.
