Electronic scales not working this morning and I couldn't be bothered to play around with the battery. So used the old mechanical bathroom scales which aren't so easy to read but I'll reckon they show a STS.

Pleased with that, but I always lose a decent amount the first week and then it is very slow from there on. This time I need to stay positive when it becomes slow 😊7 -

like @corrieflash, I can also start off well and then slow down, so let’s keep each other motivated

STS this week after starting in earnest on Monday. I have been out for an hourly daily walk (and met step count), kept to my daily calorie allowance and managed a couple of yoga vids. I ate out last night, but didn't go mad.
Still recovering after being ill before Christmas, hope everyone who was ill is recovering ok. I'm not going mad on exercise until I feel more enthusiastic. Also, it's January, a time to hunker down, recharge, and stay warm.
