Hope you're recovering ok! Three weeks on and I'm still pretty tired, but definitely starting to feel more energetic. Sadly my appetite has returned now lol.
Yesterday I only managed a bit of my dinner, roast chicken, mash, baby corn and carrots. It was all I had yesterday. This morning ive forced myself to eat 2 weetabix as wasn't feeling great (then ive had a nap).
Not sure what's for dinner today but I could do with looking for some different meals, even the kids are fed up with the same things.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

Did someone say "Michelin Man"!
Went to Leeds and had a potter about, shared a ( not huge) slice of cake and had a water with it, got a few steps in to blow off the cake calories and on the way home and I've blown up and the Dolphins are back swimming in my stomach.
So back to protein counting tomorrow, and will weigh when I've de-bloated.
Can still get my new jeans on, but I'm very uncomfortable, will weigh ASAP, don't want a false reading.
Have a good weekend everyone.MFW - 01.10.21 £63761 01.10.22 £50962 01.10.23 £39979 01.10.24 £27815. 01.01.25. £17538
