Trying to get to grips with the web. Looks like it might be based on something that started in the US, a bit like Noom, only much more involved. I've tried an egg and chickpea salad recipe today, but looked at all the ingredients and figured I could eat it warm. Yes, warm was good!Brambling said:Great start guys 👏 wishus my local council offers support for weigh loss as well, it is alway fully booked so I assume it works.Keep reading books!

Well done moneyowen & Diminua great start 👏👏
first weigh in of the year for me and I'm very happy with a loss of 3.5lb I put on so much leading up to Christmas that my body thinks it's week one! it's been a fishy week for me which always brings in good resultsLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin8 -
Morning all
Weigh in today and I've lost 1lb, which is all I was aiming for as I've been away this weekend and there are still bits of Chridtmas food lying around. So, I'm happy with that!
I've also joined PureGym for a month on their half price no joining fee offer, just £13 total and it's round the corner. No cancellation fee or notice period either.
Have happy days everyone and stay warm!8 -
STS for me this week. I did go down 1lb during the week but then went up again. :'(
I have a 1st taster session in pickleball this afternoon. I have also joined Better Gym/swimming but only 1 swim so far. I need to book the gym induction.8 -
well done everyone on the weight loss!

No weighing for me but had a good week. Workouts 5 times a week as usual and managed 10-15k steps every day but one (and that was still 8k!).
Diet going great as Im back to eating giant amounts of fruits and vegetables which seems to make me happy!
Hope everybody else is doing well, and remember your body will naturally burn more calories in cold weather to stay warm so there is an upside to winter!
