Not much going on the last few days, I have made a few sales but I won't count them untul the money clears so I just have 10p of Dividents to clock in, and £19.89 Etsy

Slow start to June lol - £19.99 (Although that is £10.00 a day almost so not so bad)

Hi Newbie here, so starting from August 2026.

Saving goals:

Cancel or haggle for cheaper bills

Sell items on Gumtree and eBay

Part time work/expenses

Not sure how this will translate in cash per day. My goal is to save/earn whatever I can.

NB I have already saved £120 per month by quitting smoking, but it would be cheeky to include this here.

Week 1 Gumtree £30 eBay £7

Week 2 Haggled Virgin Media saved £29 per month

Week 3 Gumtree £20 eBay £33

Week 4 Bootsale £45 eBay £85

August total = £249 oh thats approx £8 per day….could do better.

So I have applied to do a free course this term and there is a £500 bursary to claim. Got the forms to sign this week, so hopefully that will be a boost to this savings challenge.

how does everyone get so many V1nted sales? I don’t load much on there but I probably average a sale a month!

Also, how do you find out about courses that have burseries available?
