Well that Monday came and went fast. Listed 11 items last night, woke this morning to 7 sales! I am so very very grateful. 5 have gone to friend and other 2 being collected tomorrow.
Im starting to notice empty spaces on pantry shelves but must apply myself more to them.
Nice to see you had a good day yesterday @Florenceem, missed your posting.
@Brambling, so sorry for your very sudden loss.
Got DH to get a tote and a crate out of the top of the airing cupboard this morning. The crate was immediately filled with the same stuff that was in a smaller container on DHs shelves, now have an empty plastic container. I will deal with the contents of the tote tomorrow.
Dinner for DH was all freezer and me was all fridge.
Hugs to anyone who would like one, personally I love a hug.Have a good night all, sweet dreams

Popped in to kitchen door showroom to agree final specifications.
DS trimmed and sanded the wood for garden table top. Just need to paint / stain it now - i think paint will be the better option as the wood is not great quality - definitely good enough though.
Spent most of the afternoon pottering in the garden until it started to get dark.

Mrs SD you are always so generous and definitely give me the benefit of any doubt. When I posted about my room being tidy it was a point in time and not ' being kept tidy' but is tidier than it has been.
DB has been organising and overseeing all the work st our dad's so I asked him to bring things here as easier for me to pass things to the many local charities. DB did partly in jest say bringing them to add to my nos here!
I think i hold to get to a higher target than 2026 and counting helps me so while.not counting frogs i count many items separately. 17 1960s table football players to someone who collects which is great as really trying to avoid landfill..neighbour was getting rid of.many many boxes which I resisted but did take armfuls of bubble wrap. 😀
1758 as papers, photos deleted and packaging out too.

Condolences on the sudden loss of your brother @Brambling. Another power cut this morning so not getting on with frogs at all. I did manage to deal with the most urgent one and sent some family history stuff off to a very distant cousin. Going for covid/flu jabs this afternoon. I have weighed myself (ouch)
970 One frog dealt with
971 Family history stuff to a distant cousin.
Forgot to post this. Came back from getting jabs done (Covid and flu) and a couple of errands to find no power again. Only the 9 houses in my road were off with end of road dug up and traffic lights in place. None of my plans for this evening happened as it was after 8 when power came back on.
972 Covid and flu jabs decluttered and made an appointment for annual old lady health check

Monday continued: DH is making a chicken based soup so I have raided both freezers for suitable vegetables - 5 bags gone 🙂 I now have wiggle room in both freezers 🥳 I have spent the afternoon dealing with all last weeks neglected mail. Dinner was pork steaks, mashed potato, cabbage + DH & I finished off the tomato & pepper salad. Wudupa.

I spent yesterday morning indoors - didn't get much done.
I decided to walk into town in the afternoon. I looked in £land for 3 items - came out of there with nothing bought.
Went to the shopping centre to redeem a birthday voucher in Hobbycra.. I got 2 of the wanted items there.
I was on the bus coming home when my phone rang. It was dil - she picked me up from the bus stop. So dil and 2 grandchildren visited. I gave her the 2 items that I had repaired - she gave me 3 more to do.
I watched more GBSB while I knitted yesterday evening.
This morning young J is here - painting in my summerhouse.
I ordered an air fryer yesterday.
I am going to the cinema this afternoon with a friend. We are going to watch Digger. I can't remember the last time I went to the cinema.

Tuesday morning in the weight loss carriage of the EDT
I didnt weigh myself last Tuesday but knowing what i usually weigh im going for a 3lb loss as I was pleased with the figures that came up this morning. I thought I'd have been more due to the secret stress eating of upf's out of lovely crinkly plastic packaging in our bedroom that occurs every evening when a family member stays with us for a week 😂🍫🍬🍭!! I'd expected to be posting a minus-loss. All back to normal this week so I shall see what next Tuesday brings.
The end bit is 10 and 1/4lbs in case I forget by next week

Cat buttons done !!!! Several frogs eaten, nom, nom.
I had wrapped the quilt before I read your request for a pic Mrs SD, I will get one on Wednesday. It's no great shakes. Very simple and plain, as requested by my DIL.
I too have weighed myself this morning. I will count from today for our declutter lbs for Christmas challenge.11 weeks today to the 22nd December. A pound a week is doable for me I think.
Mr V has gone to the complex wound clinic. We were just being hopeful last week that it would be the last one.
Have a good day folks Vx

Morning all,
I haven't weighed yet, can't seem to get my head in the game yet but it's going to be way into 2027 before I get back to my goal weight anyway.
I'm aiming for slow, steady and not using medication - doing it the old fashioned way.
I know so many people using different types on injections but honestly that just scares me, not enough research to see the damage it could be doing.
I'm decluttering all the junk food so I'll aim to have that all done by the end of this week. I usually weigh daily but I can do with a Tuesday for official WI day.
I've been really letting things slip at home, letting little piles of clutter and balls of fluff build up so I'm going to aim to get this place looking tip top before I head to my lodge on 31st October.
My cousins funeral is Monday so I'm going to take a couple weeks off work, I've got some holidays to use. I shall pick a room a day to really get it deep cleaned and organised and I can already imagine how much better I'll feel when it's done.
