Well done everyone! Glad to hear that your bestie hasn't got kidney stones, although urgh for the pain and time at hospital.
Another week decluttered! The bedding plants can't go out yet (too chilly) so are in my back room on a couple of old compost bags. In anticipation of light showers, I put them outside the back door this afternoon. Not a drop!! So they are now watered and I'll get them in shortly. It's due to rain tomorrow so perhaps that will be better. And time for indoor tidying.

I have spent a lot of time sorting out stuff in the large ROD but looking at it - you wouldn't think that 2 days have been spent on it.
Goodness knows how long it will take to clear and get it ready for decorating. I am hoping the carpet will not need replacing - it has only been a storage room.
J won't be here until Tuesday - will I have it done by then? I suppose I could pile whats left in there and cover it so he can paint the ceiling.
Decluttered - 6 notebooks, blouse, felt pack, fabric, 5 packs of stickers, receipt, labels, kitchen scales, iron, box of earring backs, envelope, shirt x 2, jacket x 2, birthday card, 3 mugs, bag of jewellery, ribbon kit, game, embossing folder, writing paper set, letter, catalogue, shoe box, 2 x tie, jumper, 2 pairs of jeans, 4 pairs of shorts, reel of curling ribbon x 2, packs of erasers, 3 outdoor lanterns, Easter basket, cardboard box, 2 shower caps, set of coasters, swim ring, dvd, mirror, shopping bag, pair of shoes, paper punch x 3, jar of mini pegs, phone cleaner, pair of 3d glasses, rubix cube, 2 hats, 5 rubber stamps, 2 bags of buttons, 2 jackets, 5 ink pads, 2 ribbon spools, carrier bag and 9 packs of tissue paper.

Hi,
Just on the way home from a drink with my old team. I hardly drink so a little goes a long way so know that there will be no more decluttering today!
Brie, I'm with you on the clothes front but now have my t- shirts so I can see them. I may post a picture later.
20 unused toiletries to the teenage project mainly from dd1 but I am counting as taken root in my house . Very heavy central heating pump and another item to electric recycling ( left by heating engineer) some papers out and broken plastic and paper labels for the filing drawers and dried up make up.

Large pile of shredding done, emails sorted, banking and filing done. Half an hour outside and I culled a box of weeds to add to recycling bin. Small washload on now.

@floss that's helpful to know about how you felt about decluttering work clothes. I have gone through my work blouses and found some to go.
Forgot dishwasher and cooker collected from my dad's from free sites. I only posted and messaged with db sorting out actual collections.

Evening all xx
Wow so much decluttering, sorting, organising, and cleaning going on by the decluteri - Well done everyone 🎇✨🎉.
@ Florenceem - I hope that you get a pain clinic referral sorted soon - Pain can be so very dibilitating and even more so when it effects your sleep or the very basics, like sitting / standing 😓😔.
@ TC77 - I decided to sell my work clothes in mixed bundles. All sold and with the proceeds I purchased a whole selection of quality tops and trousers from one of my local charity shops that had an everything £1 week. It certainly worked for me with my new job of being retired and guilt free to do what I wanted, when I wanted, and how I wanted 😂 .
Not much really to catch up on this end. The usual HH decluttering basics and cleaning. Decluttered 2 piles of washing over the past few days; all put away with another wash load finished this evening ready to peg on the line early tomorrow morning. I've just sterilised the washing machine and will do another old fashioned sink pluming / piping deep clean overnight 😉. Decluttered, cleared, and deheaded in the back garden, along with watering and feeding plants this evening - It's been hot here today, so the garden needed a little refreshment 😂. Recycling and garden waste wheelie bins put outside this afternoon ready to be decluttered tomorrow.
Cluttered up with coffee and cuddles with babyface and did manage a couple of hours sleep late this afternoon, which is a bonus for me at the moment, and definately needed & welcomed 🤗. Tonight might be a very different story based on my present pain level, but at least I'll be laying down for a while at the worst way 🙄.
Babyface has had 2 fabulous days when she's come back into reality being almost back to her usual crazy self, and is absolutely living life to the fullest - What more could I ask for? 🤗. I'm absolutely thrilled for her, as she deserves quality of life, not quantity xxx We've sat on her swing chair 3 times today and she's been in her element. Watching the Moorhen's and swan amble by with Mr. swan deciding he was going to undertake his end of week water clean up right in front of babyface, who loved watching him but knows that no one messes with the King of the river, not even madam Minksy 😂🤣. I've certainly enjoyed the opportunity to relax and take time out with babyface today.
Ooops, I hadn't realise how late it is, so I'm pottering off to join babyface who has been hogging the bed since 8pm 😂. No chance of any half decent space now, but there are ways which usually includes waving one of her favourite treats in front of her nose just before I try and get into bed 😂🤣.
Wishing everyone a peaceful relaxing night. Sweet dreams all & take care. Toodle-pips for now xxxx

Morning, waking up far too early these days especially or when I go to bed!
@Dizzycap I hope you get some decent rest ans glad to hear Baby face has had some good days.
I took a less demanding job in 2018 and got rid of suits and v smart clothes ( didn't have that many) and then worked in office with no public contact and with covid etc didn't buy much more as only in the office 2 days a week.
I mainly wear trousers so wil see how much i wear the smarter ones. I have bought jackets at cs (jigsaw etc) in case I am someone who wears a jacket with jeans in my future life. Also as really not my choice while I'll never work full time again I may go and work part time in the autumn and see how that goes.
I'm making no decisions other than time to tackle full time.hiuse and garden. Got decorator round who quoted to paint back of the house a year ago and hoping quote stays much the same!
Official letter re mega frog has important typos, eg missing 'not' re ex's compliance, incorrect dates etc so have to write for amendments!

Morning all. I had a pain free night!
After the blinds man has been and fitted the blind in small room of doom I am walking into town.
I will call at the chemist to see if they have my prescription from the surgery. I don't want to run out of any tablets.
I heard my porch door open - a Fortnum and Mason hamper has been delivered - empty apart from the shredded stuff they use. This will be from my bestie - I am having baskets on top of the Ike. units. I will get rid of a couple of the smaller baskets to fit this one in - of course the unwanted ones will go to the charity shop.
Hope everyone has a good and productive day.

Yesterday’s post 🙊
Friday was a cloudy day but quite bright. Forecast high of 18°C (feeling just 1° cooler due to an ESE wind) & a low of 8°C. DH is currently watching the Le Mans MotoGP practice sessions. I have dealt with today’s mail - fortunately just reading & filing. I have just watched the final Downton Abbey film which I thoroughly enjoyed 😊 Dinner was trout, boiled new potatoes & peas for DH & me. DSis had a change - oven cooked pork ribs with a barbecue sauce. Wudupa.
810 - 811 Kitchen recycling, 0.5” paper - recycled
812 - 813 Kitchen detritus, 0.25” shredding - binned
P.S. Late afternoon the sun put in an appearance & DH made soup 😉 I kept nodding off so have fallen further behind with the cheerleading. Sleep tight 😴

Is it just me? when the general bin is due to be emptied a requirement of finding stuff to put in it becomes a focus of getting rid of stuff. Especially when one isn't achieving their best in being successful in doing so generally. This is one time that DH never complains about finding stuff to allocate to that need 😀
